Teachers Readiness in Implementing The Independent Curriculum at SD Xaverius 1 Palembang

The research aims to find out how the teacher's readiness is in implementing Independent Curriculum at SD Xaverius 1 Palembang. implement independent curriculum consists of four indicators teacher readiness, namely pedagogic competence, personal social competence and professional competence. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. subjects consisted class I IV teachers. Data collection techniques this interviews, questionnaires documentation which were carried depth systematically. interview instrument was 12 questions. results can be concluded that has been well. proven by looking implementation pedagogic, personality, competencies able meet understand competency indicator standards. Furthermore, there good collaboration between related parties, Office Education, Principals infrastructure support Teachers Curriculum.
